How it works

Colourless Hair Colour Remover is the safe and gentle way to effectively remove artificial permanent hair colour from the hair. If works by breaking the bonds that hold the colour pigments in the hair shaft, then it shrinks the colour molecules allowing them to be rinsed away.

Because of how Colourless works, it is best suited remove to oxidized permanent hair dye. While there will be some effect on semi permanent, temporary, and fashion colours, the remaining dye particles will result in a colour that may be undesirable.

A strand test should always be completed to reveal the final result. Do not proceed with the full process if you are unsure, or see no change from the strand test. Feel free to contact us – we are more than happy to help!

Colourless Max Effect comes with Bottle A, B & C. A set of gloves, and an instruction sheet. There is NO bottle D in Max Effect - this is unique to Colourless Max Condition

Colourless Max Effect box contains Bottle A, Bottle B & Bottle C, a set of gloves, and an instruction sheet.

Carefully pour all of Bottle A into Bottle B, then shake thoroughly. The mixture needs to be vigorously mixed together, so really roll & shake the bottle.

Starting from the bottom, apply Colourless Hair Colour Remover to the areas of hair colour you are wishing to remove, ensuring that the hair is saturated.

Section the hair for easy application, and then starting from the bottom of your head, apply the mixture to the areas of your hair that has colour you wish to remove. Ensure that the hair is saturated in the solution and is even distributed.

Wrap the hair in cling film, which will assist with even processing, and pass the time for 45 minutes. Ensure that you use a timer, so that you do not under process.

Wrap the hair in cling film, to ensure even processing, and then pass the time for 45 minutes. Do set a timer, as not leaving Colourless Hair Colour Remover on your hair for long enough can dramatically impact the final result.

Taking Bottle C to the shower (Max Effect) or Bottle C & D (Max Condition), rinse for 5 (timed) minutes. Apply HALF of Bottle C, and lather. Rinse for another 5 (timed) minutes. Apply second half of Bottle C and lather, Rinse for another 5 (timed) minutes. If using Colourless Max Condition, then apply Bottle D, lather and rinse.

Taking Bottle C to the shower, rinse for 5 (timed) minutes. Apply HALF of Bottle C, and lather. Rinse for another 5 (timed) minutes. Apply second half of Bottle C and lather, Rinse for another 5 (timed) minutes.

If you do not rinse for long enough, you risk re-oxidisation. SO, for thick and/or long hair, add on an extra minute.
